The management of ZELIOX is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining a quality policy and objectives that:
- Ensure the quality policy and objectives are effectively and efficiently maintained and continuously improved;
- Ensure staff are informed about the quality policy and objectives;
- Involve employees in the quality policy in accordance with ISO standards, with the goal of increasing awareness, motivation, and engagement;
- Ensure that staff understand the company’s working methods through consultations, instructions, and procedures;
- Ensure that employees apply forms in practice and carry out necessary quality registrations;
- Ensure the availability of reliable and safe work equipment, which is regularly inspected, maintained, and certified;
- Periodically evaluate the quality management system internally (at least twice a year) through audits and management reviews;
- Implement corrective, preventive, and improvement measures as necessary to enhance the quality management system;
- Ensure that the quality system complies with the requirements of NEN-EN ISO 9001:2015;
- Strive for measurable customer satisfaction;
- Provide structure within the organization.
